The Mystery of Edwin Drood

Chapman and Hall, 1870. Soft cover. This final novel was never finished as Dickens had only written enough for six installments before his death in 1870. Readers never found out what happened after Edwin Drood disappeared. Six original issues in original blue paper covers. Second issue includes advertisement for cork hats printed on paper-thin cork. Condition of each issue: No. 1: Covers all there and still attached but ripped, chips missing to spine, name written across top of front cover. No. 2: Covers all there and still attached but ripped, chips missing to spine, cork ad has 4" tear but still attached. No. 3: Covers all there, still attached, no rips or chips.
