Two copies of the booklet written and published by the professional poker player Bob Ciaffone: the first edition of 1984, inscribed by Ciaffone on the inside of the front cover, and the revised edition of 1987. That year saw several significant wins for the author, including taking fourth place in the 1987 World Series of Poker Omaha Hold'em event. The first place winner, as the epilogue records, was an amateur player who attributed his success to reading Ciaffone's book.
